***I am seeing clients in person and offering video appointments.***
If you are suffering from anxiety or depression, struggling with issues related to chemical dependency or chronic illness, hoping to heal from the trauma of past abuse, interested in creating healthier relationships, or simply wanting to work on your own personal growth, I am here to help.
In my general counseling practice, I have extensive experience helping adults, couples, and teens grapple with the many complexities of these very difficult issues. For those clients who are interested, I also have training in supporting individuals and couples who desire to address faith-based/Biblical topics.
My focus during adult individual therapy is to help clients resolve their presenting problems, align more closely with their beliefs/identity, and break through challenges to achieve life goals.
In couple therapy, my approach is to work toward a mutual understanding between partners interested in developing a more richly satisfying intimate relationship.
For teens and young adults, I am able to provide a safe place outside of the family to discuss the numerous real world problems facing young people today.
