In my general psychotherapy practice, I have extensive experience helping adults, couples, and teens grapple with the many complexities of these very difficult issues.

My focus during adult individual therapy is to help clients resolve their presenting problems, connect more deeply with their processes, and better achieve their life goals.

In couple therapy, my approach is to work toward a mutual understanding between partners interested in developing a more richly satisfying intimate relationship.

For teens and young adults, I am able to provide a safe place outside of the family to discuss the numerous real world problems facing young people today.

To learn more about my background, specific areas of my practice, and the location of my psychotherapy office, you can click on the related links to the left.

Throughout the course of our professional relationship, my responsibilities to you as a client would include:

    •    To operate at all times in your best interest.
    •    To respect your right to make choices.
    •    To convey useful information.
    •    To challenge ineffective patterns.
    •    To honor your right to ask questions.
    •    To protect your right to privacy.
